Bridge type flat ruler: It is a ruler with precise flatness, mainly used to inspect the flatness of flat plates, long guide rails, etc. by coloring method and indicator table method. It is also commonly used to inspect the straightness of workpiece edges by optical gap method. It is generally made of high-quality cast iron, and rectangular flat rulers are also made of bearing steel or granite.
The bridge type ruler is manufactured according to JB/T7977-99 standard, made of HT250 material, and the working surface adopts scraping and grinding process. The operating temperature is (20plusmn; 5) ℃.
Working face requirements: There shall be no defects such as sand holes, air holes, cracks, slag inclusions, shrinkage porosity, scratches, bumps, rust spots, etc. that seriously affect the appearance and performance. Extra large bearings are large and heavy, with high value. They are mostly produced in single pieces or small batches, and are key products or important engineering support with tight delivery times. They belong to high-precision and cutting-edge technology products. To measure it, special measurement methods and tools are required. The standard parts of its inner diameter, outer diameter, raceway, and inner cone are replaced with bridge type rulers equipped with dedicated side blocks, which can achieve the effects of simple operation, convenient use, accurate measurement, and economic savings. Therefore, the bridge type ruler is selected as a commonly used specialized measuring tool in the production of extra large bearings, and it is extremely necessary to master the detection method of this special specialized measuring tool.
The bridge level ruler is easy to store and can be hung and placed flat, without affecting its straightness and parallelism due to long-term placement.
The bridge type ruler is not easy to rust when stored, and does not need to be oiled during use. If not used for a long time, a thin layer of general industrial oil should be coated when stored to prevent rusting and affect accuracy.
